adidas Campaign Instructions


As a student-athlete at an adidas sponsored school, you now have an opportunity to earn commission on sales you send to or the app by promoting adidas products on your social handles and encouraging your followers to use your unique affiliate tracking link (see instructions below). 


The more you post about adidas, the more potential you have to earn!  Adidas is making it even easier to earn by allowing you to offer a 20% discount to your fans & followers through the end of April by having them enter ADIDASNIL at checkout (Note: You can use this discount yourself as well!).

Step by Step Instructions


  1. Use your adidas Tracking Link: You MUST refer to this specific link in all of your adidas content in order for Postgame to track sales originating from your posts.  The link is available within your Postgame account in the Postgame App. When you login visit the Account Menu >> Adidas Link.  

    Note: a tracking link is also referred to as an Affiliate Link (learn more).

  2. Add Your adidas Tracking Link to social platforms: For Feed posts or Instagram Reels or Tiktok videos you can place your tracking link in your profile's bio field. Create a call to action by asking viewers to "Click Link in Bio" for any posts. For dynamic posts such as stories on Instagram, you can add your tracking link directly to the post by using the "Link" button which allows you to cut and paste a URL to create a hyperlinked button. Adding your tracking link to a Story post allows followers the most seamless way to make a purchase.

  3. Create Content: We suggest creating different types of content at one time. Find a friend or teammate to help you.  Someone with video editing skills is a plus!  Use a high quality camera. If you decide to use an iPhone, ensure your video and photo quality is set to the highest resolution the phone allows. Create content that can be versatile and used within your IG Story, Reels, Feed and TikTok. Vertical camera orientation is suggested. View the adidas Campaign Brief for examples.  adidas would like for you to use the copyright-free music wherever possible (search copyright free on Instagram or TikTok).

  4. Post Often: There is no limit to how often you can post - and no limit to how much you can earn. 

  5. Promote the Discount!**  As mentioned above, adidas is allowing you to offer your fans & followers a 20% Discount on adidas products using the code: ADIDASNIL
    Here's examples of ways to refer people to the discount:

  6. Get Paid: Postgame will keep track of all your sales and commissions earned.  We will pay you on a monthly basis through your preferred payment method such as Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or PayPal. If needed we will also send you a W-9 tax form and a year end 1099.

  7. Rinse and Repeat: Each time you receive new adidas product from your school, purchase adidas product or simply find something on the site you like, keep posting about them and keep earning as long as you are eligible and playing for a participating adidas sponsored school.

Basic Style / Content Guidelines

  • adidas branding and logo should always be visible

  • No competing products or brands should appear within your content. 

Technical Guidelines​

  • Be sure that you are permitted to use your school logo, mascot, marks within your content prior to posting. 

  • Lighting should be bright, even and inviting. Avoid harsh shadows and confusing backgrounds.

  • The product you are promoting should be visible. Do not crop/cut off footwear or apparel in photos.

*All athletes must check with their university compliance office before posting content using your school logos or creating content within your athletic facilities such as arenas, stadiums or locker rooms.  Also, International Students are currently unable to participate in this campaign.
