Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Description:

We’re looking for our all-star sales person to join Postgame as our first Sales Development Representative, joining our deep bench of experienced founders, investors and strategic advisors. This integral role will report directly to the CEO and COO and is responsible for developing sales leads via all funnels and channels, while simultaneously helping craft our go-to-market strategy.

As a key part of Postgame’s sales team, you will:
 

  • Hunt and aggressively prospect new business to generate new opportunities via outbound calls & emails, social media, networking and industry events

  • Understand accounts’ needs and master the business problems that Postgame solves for, the value Postgame provides, and why it is unique in the marketplace

  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations and educate prospects within target accounts

  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results

  • Work collaboratively within the sales department to optimize lead generation processes and methods

  • Assist in the design and development of sales messaging to be utilized by the sales development team

  • Identify key accounts and to handle prospect objections

  • Consistently achieve monthly goals and quota of qualified prospect meetings
     

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1+ years in sales and/or prospecting experience

  • Successful experience generating Enterprise B2B leads. Experience in influencer marketing or brand advertising is a plus

  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills

  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements

  • Attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills

  • Experience in a partially commission-based role

  • Confident in engaging with C-level, VP and Director level prospects

Job Title: Brand Partnerships Manager

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of larger, strategic, enterprise brand deals and establishing strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be on designing and executing short and long-term plans to increase adoption among assigned Brand Partners, close deals, and drive repeat business.

 

To excel in this role, you should have creativity, the ability to customize proposals and solutions that meet clients strategic business objectives, specifically in the digital and brand marketing space. A bonus if you have sports marketing activation, influencer/social media, and/or creative experience.
 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Sell larger, strategic brand deals and meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned Brand partner accounts.

  • Develop and execute effective new business development processes to generate leads and acquire new Brand Partners.

  • Negotiate pricing, scopes of services, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Change Orders to meet evolving business requirements.

  • Implement key account growth strategies into Brand Partner enablement plans.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to execute successful athlete activations for Brand Partner clientele.

  • Proactively assess, understand, and address Brand partner needs, recommending product or service enhancements to improve relationships and drive customer adoption.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, value proposition, and competitive offerings.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand leads, pipeline, and deal progression through joint messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement programs.

  • Utilize CRM and communication systems (like…Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft) to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and enhance communication efficiency.

  • Proficiently mine for contact information and identify opportunities to expand business reach.

  • Exhibit a strong desire to succeed in sales, maintain a positive attitude towards continuous learning, and embrace personal growth.

  • Demonstrate strong competitiveness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Take initiative, demonstrate personal accountability, and strive for exceptional results, always seeking improvement and avoiding complacency.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of successful sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Ability to design, implement, and execute successful brand campaigns, as measured by predetermined success criteria.

  • Confidence in selling technology products and solutions.

  • Strong presentation skills and experience delivering campaigns and software to sophisticated buyers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals for complex deals.

  • Resourcefulness and adaptability to utilize available resources to progress deals.

  • Familiarity or previous experience working with brands is highly desirable.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), comfortable with ambiguity, and a startup mentality of being willing to tackle any task.

  • Previous startup experience is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
