Jones, a standout athlete, is not only the Noles starting Defensive End but also the son of 10-year NFL veteran and College Football and FSU Athletics Hall of Famer Marvin Jones, who won Butkus Award and Lombardi Award while finishing fourth in Heisman Trophy vote in 1992.
