PHASE 1: RECRUITMENT
After discussing your campaign goals (including segmentation of athletes by sport, gender, location, follower size, etc...), we spend up to 3 days recruiting athletes to be considered for your campaign. We reach out directly to our 5,000+ members as well as a greater audience of 70,000 additional D1 collegiate athletes. We recruit through a combination of SMS, Email and Postgame App notifications.
PHASE 2: SELECTION
After recruitment has completed, we provide the brand with an extensive list of the athletes who have opted-in for consideration. The list is sorted by athlete value - determined in part by our own calculations and past history of having worked with the athlete(s).
During this phase we offer suggestions in order to help maximize the brands' budget.
PHASE 3: NEGOTIATION
After selections have been made, Postgame begins negotiating with each athlete and/or their agent. Our experience of working with thousands of college athletes gives us a strong sense of their worth - allowing us to expedite the process with a fair offer - and one that makes the best use of the brands budget.
PHASE 4: CONTRACT
After the offer has been accepted by the athlete, we generate a custom contract between us and the athlete that includes campaign expectations, payment, content rights, and more.
Each college expects the athlete to submit a contract to their respective compliance office prior to participating in a campaign and receiving payment.

Postgame Makes History Launching NIL Campaign with Hollister
Postgame's latest campaign powers the largest number of single day social media posts in NIL history.
Hollister (Abercrombie & Fitch - Stock Symbol: ANF) - the popular apparel brand, has teamed up with Postgame to make a splash with the drop of their new collegiate line featuring school-licensed apparel for 34 universities across the nation. During the first weekend over 150 college athletes made over 500 social media posts showcasing their school spirit by wearing Hollister apparel featuring vintage designs from their respective schools.
Each athlete also took to their caption to push followers to shop the Hollister collection with a personal 20% off discount code for the apparel. The campaign was perfectly timed as the athletes shared posts during back-to-school week and the lead up to college football season.
"This isn't your typical 'one-and-done' NIL strategy," said Co-Founder Danny Morrissey. "Hollister has done a great job of spreading the campaign across a number of weeks with hundreds of athletes to continue the excitement around this collegiate collection - well into the first few weeks of the college football season. Really smart."
In collaboration with Hollister, Postgame managed campaign process which involved strategy and recruitment while also elevating content with dozens of photo shoots for many of the higher profile athletes. As always, Postgame's full service approach included distributing campaign instructions, timelines, athlete contracts, payments and more.
"This is one of the most exciting campaigns I've worked on in terms of the sheer volume of athletes and the coordination needed to make this happen," said Postgame’s Jake Taraska. "Hollister had a great strategy of teaming up with some of the top players in college sports while also collaborating with hundreds of regionally relevant players to flood the market with a timely release and promotion. It's an incredibly smart approach to Name, Image & Likeness." There’s still more to come as Postgame will continue to facilitate close to 1,000 social posts on behalf of Hollister in the coming weeks.
Spanning across 36 universities, Postgame recruited marquee players from many Preseason Top 25 programs as well as high profile athletes from other sports. Links to some of the initial posts below. Note: Not all athletes listed below have posted yet.
