YESLY – the rapidly growing hydration brand focused on empowering athletes with better hydration without added sugar or carbonation – looked to grow brand awareness and their social presence through partnerships with college student-athletes.

The Challenge: Increase brand awareness while driving traffic to key retail partner

The brand understood the unique opportunity to build affinity via collaborations with college athlete creators across the country. YESLY partnered with Postgame multiple times to build a diverse athlete ambassador roster that would help them highlight key product benefits, increase social following and inspire shopping at Sprouts Markets in key cities.

The Solution: Multiple campaigns to build on athlete content success

Postgame leveraged their vast student-athlete roster across the country to build a network of YESLY supporters, who captured their own unique social media content or worked with the agency on elevated styled content to highlight the brand.


The agency unique offerings - including athlete recruitment organic and paid social, elevated media services and brand sentiment reporting were all used throughout the campaigns.


The athlete breakdown included all sports, genders, and universities featuring:

  • 160 total athletes

  • 2000+ pieces of content across Instagram and TikTok

  • 750+ social posts

  • 108 universities

  • 26 sports

The Result:

Across the multiple campaigns, Postgame garnered:

  • 3 million+ impressions

  • 8% engagement rate

  • 1,200+ new YESLY Instagram followers in a one month period

  • Drove retail traffic to Sprouts locations across the country to showcase both YESLY products and value of the brand to retail partners


After two successful campaigns, YESLY has since re-engaged Postgame to start working on another campaign helping to drive continued brand awareness and online product reviews, as their retail footprint grows in convenience stores and high end fitness chains.
