To Participate In Latest Postgame NIL Campaign


The Florida State University men's basketball player is one of 29 college athletes chosen by Urban Outfitters to represent the brand in their 'Make Your Mark' campaign 

September 18, 2022, Philadelphia, PA - Urban Outfitters the lifestyle retailer popular among Gen Z, recently announced that Florida State University men's basketball star Cam'Ron Fletcher will participate in their latest Back to School NIL Campaign called 'Make Your Mark'. In collaboration with Postgame, the brand has assembled an impressive roster of talent for the campaign that also includes: Cameron Brink (Stanford University Women’s Basketball), Kelee Ringo (University of Georgia Football), AJ Henning (University of Michigan Football), and Margzetta Frazier (UCLA Gymnastics) to name a few.  

For Urban Outfitters, the goal of the campaign is to reinforce them as a 'go to' choice for apparel and decor for student-athletes as they readjust to college life after the summer break.  The campaign includes a variety of social media posts by each athlete over a number of weeks - wearing fashionable outfits and showcasing UO dorm decor.  In choosing Fletcher for the campaign, UO believes he aligns well with the brand to help build trust and word of mouth among his followers.  


"When Postgame reached out with the opportunity to promote Urban Outfitters using my Name, Image & Likeness I jumped on it," said Fletcher. "As was one of my first NIL deals, I'm excited to work with a brand like Urban that resonates with my fans and followers - largely made up of Gen Z consumers."

In addition to social media endorsements, athletes will have the opportunity to meet the UO community through special in-store appearances at select campuses with UO retail locations. On September 29th for example, University of Texas Linebacker DeMarvion Overshown will stop by UO Austin for UO’s College Night programming.  Plans are being made for similar appearances at other UO locations on or near college campuses.
