Before proceeding to the campaign instructions below - YOU MUST first sign the Athlete Agreement / Contract and fill out the Payment Form.  The contract outlines the agreement between you and Postgame - specific to this campaign - including deliverables, timelines and more.

3 Tips For Your videos:

  • The video must have a theme. Some examples include:

    •  "My Go-To Shoe"

    •  "HEYDUDE Game-Day Experience"

    •  "Day in the Life"

    •  "Challenge Videos" or Some Sort of Competition

    •  etc.

  • The video should have a call-to-action at the end of the video such as "Buy Yours at"

  • The main focus of the video should be the shoes (your face must be in the content as well)

Content Do's:

  • Refer to HEYDUDE in all caps​ 

  • Show the full shoes in frame​ 

  • Show the HEYDUDE logo right-side up, in view​ 

  • Turn on Branded/Partner Content toggle for each post on every social platform​ 

  • Utilize the required tags and hashtags​ 

  • Be high resolution with​ good, natural lighting & in-focus​ 

  • Be authentic to your style – incorporate HEYDUDE messaging in your own voice​

  • Be high energy, aligning with the HEYDUDE brand persona​ 

  • Be shot vertically in compliance with platform best practices​ 

  • Use native platform text features for any possible text overlays added to video​ 

  • Hands and feet shown should be manicured nicely and clean​ 

  • Provide necessary permissions for paid amplification of content across Tik Tok and Instagram 

Content Dont's:

  • Refer to the shoes as ‘Dudes’ 

  • Use Profanity 

  • Promote Illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons (and/or the use of any of the foregoing), or in any way promote unsafe or illegal activities that could lead to an unsafe situation involving HEYDUDE or other individuals  

  • Promote any personal or political agenda 

  • Endorse any form of hate or hate group, gang signs or symbol  

  • Mention any competitor brands 

  • Reference any third-party trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or other proprietary materials without the express written consent of such third party  

  • Alter in any way the appearance of HEYDUDE products 

  • Use music you do not have the license to 

  • NO popular music or Tik Tok sounds should be used as they require additional licensing 

  • Only music selected from the royalty free/commercial use library can be used, but it will need to be customized for each platform 

    • Example... Music from TikTok’s commercial use library can be used for Tik Tok only. This music cannot be repurposed on other social channels. Music from Meta’s commercial use library can be used for IG. This music cannot be repurposed on other, non-Meta social channels. 

  • Must also not be reliant on music to tell the story. Should work ‘sound off.’ 

  • Include too many people or include individuals without their written consent 

  • Have stickers (unless part of Instagram Stories) or watermarks 

  • Be obscene, offensive or violent or derogatory/disparaging of any person, ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group or endorses any form of hate or hate group​ 

  • Communicating messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or violates any law​ 

  • Include any nudity or reference to nudity 

  • Suggest HEYDUDE Shoes are “cheap” or position HEYDUDE Shoes as budget-first buyers  

  • Make deceptive or misleading statements or claims about HEYDUDE, its products/services, other third-party products/services, or any of HEYDUDE’s competitors’ products or services  

  • Include any third-party personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses, websites, webpage links or street addresses  

Use of Music: 
For this campaign, if you wish to add music to your Reel you must use Copyright-Free music.  Copyright-Fr
ee music can be found as an option within Instagram and TikTok.  Additionally, Copyright-Free music can be downloaded from various websites.  Type 'Copyright-Free' into Google for additional options.

Camera Orientation:

All photos and videos must be shot vertically. 

Competing Products:

Make sure there are no competing products appearing in your video/photos.  Do your best to create content with full outfits.
