  • 3 IG In-Feed Reels / Tiktok - 3x pieces of individual in-feed video content

  • Gillette Intimate Pubic Hair Trimmer as hero product - to be showcased in all content. 

  • Screenshot of Stats - delivered within 2 weeks of content live date


  • Content Piece #1 Submitted for Approval: November 1st

  • Content Piece #2 Submitted for Approval: November 10th

  • Content Piece #3 Submitted for Approval: November 20th

Once your content is approved to post, you must make 3x individual pieces of content posts before November 30th. 

Posting dates must be pre-communicated and agreed upon.

            counting field lines, show/tell us your preparation rituals using
            Gillette Intimate products.

          • Mirror Prep Talk: Hey good lookin’, yes you. You’ve never looked better thanks to Gillette Intimate, now give yourself a little ”prep” talk getting ready to make a good impression​.

    3. Game Day, Game Face

Messaging Guidelines

  • The Pubic Hair Trimmer should always be included as it is the hero product.

  • The collection is tested by gynecologists and dermatologists.

  • Please also speak to the products in the order that you use them/they are made to be used.

  • Your first mention of the brand (verbal or written) must include full brand name: “Gillette Intimate.”

Content Must Do’s​

  • Use these words:

  • Your first mention of the brand (verbal or written) must include the full brand name:

  • Your tone of voice should be natural and relatable, we want this to feel like something you would post, not an ad!​

  • Content should be shot in an environment that feels authentic to you and a bathroom setting/where you typically shave​

  • Background should be clean, bright and minimalistic​

  • Content should highlight your authentic grooming story/experience when appropriate​

All sponsored posts MUST include FTC-compliant disclosures:

  • Proper FTC disclosure language of #GillettePartner, #ad or #sponsored on post/video and any social shares; disclosure should appear at the front of social copy if possible.​

  • Additionally, if available to you, use the paid partnership tool tagging @gillette ​

  • When adding link in IG Story, change text to say "click here"​

  • Use #GilletteIntimate as the campaign hashtags.​

  • Tag @gillette in your caption and photo.​

  • Show the Gillette Intimate products and the front-of-pack in your image or video.​

  • The phrase “it’s not junk” in reference to how men treat their groins ​

  • Phrasing around showing your pubic region respect​

  • General messaging about how guys should be treating their groins right with “gentle,” “easy,” and “trusted” grooming​

  • Mention of brand name “Gillette Intimate”​

  • Purchase link as “link-in-bio” for 24 hours on Instagram and include Link Sticker in at least one frame of each Instagram Story.​

  • Include/mention promo code, if requested by Agency.​

  • Must authenticate into our analytics collection platform.​

  • Music must be sourced from Agency provided royalty-free music library. 



  • Do Not Use These Words:

  • Foul language​​

  • Do not mention any competitive brands in the male intimate grooming razor/shaver/electric/skincare category – Manscaped, Harry’s, Dollar Shave Club, Bevel, Philips Norelco, Schick, Bic.​​

  • Do not show the influencer using the razor on anyone but himself​​

  • Do not include any branded posts or stories within 24 hours before the ones for this program​​

  • Do not mention/compare any brands or Gillette products you’ve used in the past in a negative way (e.g., I had tried The Gillette Labs with Exfoliating Bar and had problems, but Gillette Intimate is great). It is OK to say you’ve had trouble with razors in the past or that you don’t typically buy Gillette.​​

  • Do not mention any other brands by name in your content/captions​​

  • Do not mention anything political or religious in content​​

  • Do not wear anything with a visible brand name or logo on it or have brand names/logos clearly visible in the background of any shots​​

  • Do not include excessive skin exposure, sexual content, or implied nudity. Content must not promote or reinforce negative or unhealthy body images and must not exploit insecurities to conform to certain beauty ideals or standards. Ads must not contain insulting, offensive, or distasteful messaging.​​

  • Do not include any third-party music/sounds that you do not have explicit ownership of​​.
