CVS CAMPAIGN INSTRUCTIONS
The 'Buy Online Pick Up In Store' Campaign

Congratulations on being selected for this latest NIL Campaign with Postgame and CVS!  Content must be posted by Dec. 17th. The sooner the better (Bonus $$ for good, fast content.  If you're able to hit the mark with all of these instructions you will be guaranteed a bonus!). 

 

For this campaign you will create video (and photo) content that showcases how collegiate athletes integrate the "Buy Online Pick Up In Store" service into their daily lives to get their holiday gifts, decorations, snacks, and/or using the CVS photo service for the Holiday Season.

Requirements.
 

  • 1 Instagram Reel (also shared to your Feed with a cover photo).
    TikTok also an option if you can effectively convey the proper messaging. 

    This is the most important content - must be :30-45 video.  Emphasize how CVS fits into your schedule especially around the Holidays for gifts, decorations featured in the CVS App and how you use the 'Buy Online Pick Up In Store' service.

    A good quote to consider using is: "With Buy Online Pickup in Store, I am able to get all my holiday gift essentials and at great prices only a click away."

    Note: You can also create an Instagram Reel showcasing the CVS Photo Service and how you can upload photos from your phone and do same day pick-up (similar to Buy Online Pick Up In Store).  Print posters or other photo items (calendars, mugs, photo books, etc) to give away as gifts to family, roommates, teammates, etc. 

     

  • 1 Instagram Feed Post (3-5 Photo Carousel)
    High-Quality Photos: Focus on your interaction with the CVS app the in-store pickup experience, and ho
    liday product section or photo service.  Consider using these talking point examples for your caption.

     

  • 1 IG Story Post or a TikTok Video
    Encourage people to shop CVS and use the 'Buy Online Pickup In Store' service online or within the app.  Don't forget to encourage people to shop through your Affiliate Link (located in your Postgame App. Menu >> Tracking Links) as a sticker tap. 

     

Lastly, although we are not having to approve your content however, we encourage you to upload your files here.  If selected, Postgame or CVS may want to use your content on our own social channels - which is typically worthy of a bonus!

Other Guidelines (Do's & Don'ts):

 

Do's:

  • Use appropriate voice overs/sounds for the Gen Z audience.

  • Emphasize clear visuals and crisp audio.

  • Highlight real savings and benefits with an emphasis on the "Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store" service.
     

Don'ts:

  • Avoid non-CVS brands/products.

  • Don't use the term "BOPIS"; instead, use “buy online, pick up in-store.”

  • Avoid unauthorized music/sounds.

  • Avoid showing soft drinks/soda, candy or alcohol within all content.   

  • Avoid filming in front of the Pharmacy within CVS stores ensuring that no patient data, prescription information, computer screens, etc. is captured.             

  • If filming in front of product shelves, please make sure the shelves are fully stocked and avoid empty shelves/low inventory and avoid filming areas where product is locked up.

  • Do not film any CVS pharmacists, employees, or any CVS customers, unless previously authorized. 

  • When showing CVS in-store signage/branding, ensure the full logo is shown without being cut off or cropped.

  • Interviews or content with any customers or CVS staff in-store or on-premise are not permitted

Use of school IP (logos, etc)

DO NOT use of your schools IP (logos, etc) in your content.  This includes wearing clothing with logos or having backgrounds that include facilities with school marks.  If you think you have these rights, It is on you (the athlete) to check with your athletic department on your particular school's IP  permissions.

*** FTC Guidelines ***

MATERIAL DISCLOSURES AND COMPLIANCE WITH FTC GUIDELINES. When publishing posts/statuses about Postgame products or services and the Brand’s products or services, you must clearly disclose your “material connection” with Postgame and the Brand, including the fact that you are being provided with certain experiences and/or being paid. The above disclosure should be clear and prominent and made in close proximity to any statements that you make about Postgame and/or the Brand and it's products or services. This disclosure is required regardless of any space limitations of the medium (e.g. Instagram), where the disclosure can be made via Hashtags, e.g. #sponsored. Your statements should always reflect your honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences. You should only make factual statements about Postgame and/or the Brand and it’s products or services which you know for certain are true and can be verified.
