CVS CAMPAIGN INSTRUCTIONS

Reminder... You need to post the following as part of the CVS Campaign before November 20th in order to get paid!  Payments will start as early as next week.

 

 Try and weave any (2) of the following themes into your content:
 

  1. Holiday or Health/Beauty Items

  2. 'Buy Online Pick Up In Store' (note: a good idea might be to show yourself buying holiday items online and picking them up!).

  3. ExtraCare - tell people about the advantages to signing up for ExtraCare (e.g. discounts, rewards, ExtraBucks, etc).

  4. Photo Lab (note: another good idea might be to combine 'Buy Online Pick Up In Store' with ordering a photo AND giving it away as a Holiday present to a teammate!).

  • 1 IG Story posts 
    Encourage people to shop CVS using your Affiliate Link as a sticker tap
     

  • 1 Instagram Feed Post (3-5 Photo Carousel).

** Important ** - Remember to tag correctly (see below) and refer people to shop using your Affiliate Link.  You can earn commission $$ on sales coming from your posts!  (Note: you can access your link located in the Postgame App under Menu >> Tracking Links). 
 

Your content does not require approval - however, feel free to Upload your content using the upload button below (or email to shelby@pstgm.com) in the event the brand wants to use your footage! (Uploading all content at one time is strongly suggested).

  • Buy Online Pickup In Store: CVS has made in store shopping easier by allowing you to shop your favorites online and pick them up in store. Share with your fans their ability to save time by shopping online with in store pickup with orders ready in as little as an hour.

  • Women's Initiative: CVS aims to provide more transparent, equitable and accessible health care for women. CVS is paying the tax on period products on behalf of customers in select states, and are working to help eliminate the tax nationwide. They've also reduced the price of CVS Health brand period products by 25% in our core locations. Share with your audience what the CVS Women's Initiative means to you.



Other Guidelines (Do's & Don'ts):

 

   Do's:

  • Do spell it as ExtraCare (one word with capital E & C)

  • Shoot content vertically 

  • Video Duration: 0:30 seconds or 1:00 minute

  • Must be shot in 9:16 aspect ratio

  • High-resolution, product-focused imagery must be used for cover photo

  • Any music included in video content must be royalty free or selected through the app.

  • Ensure content is shot in a well-lit environment

     

  DO NOT's:

  • DO NOT mention ExtraCare as two separate words

  • Do NOT mention 'ExtraCare Rewards' as it is not a rewards program.

  • DO NOT make any claims about products outside of noted benefits

  • ​DO NOT make any claims about products outside of noted benefits

  • DO NOT post any contracted content until it has gone through the required review and approval process with the CVS Influencer Team

  • DO NOT mention any other brands or show any logos or copyrighted material outside of CVS without pre-approval from the CVS Influencer Team

  • DO NOT tag any competitive brands or accounts in your sponsored content.
    Competitors include Walgreens, Rite Aid, Target, Walmart, Ulta

  • DO NOT discuss competitors for 2 days before and after your sponsored content goes live. Note, this is applicable to competing products only. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact the CVS Influencer Team for added clarity.

  • DO NOT use any non-commercial music as this may result in your content being taken down.

  • DO NOT use any profanities in your sponsored content post captions, nor within your image + video assets.
     

*** Important ***

Use of school IP (logos, etc)

DO NOT use of your schools IP (logos, etc) in your content.  This includes wearing clothing with logos or having backgrounds that include facilities with school marks.  If you think you have these rights, It is on you (the athlete) to check with your athletic department on your particular school's IP  permissions.

*** FTC Guidelines ***

MATERIAL DISCLOSURES AND COMPLIANCE WITH FTC GUIDELINES. When publishing posts/statuses about Postgame products or services and the Brand’s products or services, you must clearly disclose your “material connection” with Postgame and the Brand, including the fact that you are being provided with certain experiences and/or being paid. The above disclosure should be clear and prominent and made in close proximity to any statements that you make about Postgame and/or the Brand and it's products or services. This disclosure is required regardless of any space limitations of the medium (e.g. Instagram), where the disclosure can be made via Hashtags, e.g. #sponsored. Your statements should always reflect your honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences. You should only make factual statements about Postgame and/or the Brand and it’s products or services which you know for certain are true and can be verified.
