Campaign Requirements


Total # of Posts: 2

  • 1 IG Reel (Vertical Video shared on Feed) + Cover Photo

  • 1 IG Feed (Photo Carousel 3-5 min.)

Note: Your two posts need to be different/distinct (see below timeline for direction).

  1. Pronounce CeraVe brand name as “Sera-Vee”

  2. Have Instagram Reels and TikTok content consist of clear, high quality video clips versus static images.

  3. Shoot any GRWM and/or product review content in a setting that is authentic to the product’s use and your daily routine/setting (i.e., in the bathroom, at your vanity, in the locker room, outside within the winter elements) versus against an overtly staged and/or plain background.

  4. Content to include clear, high quality action video shots participating in your sport.

  5. When shooting CeraVe products, ensure product labels are clearly visible within the frame.

  6. Ensure content feels authentic to your existing Instagram and TikTok feed in terms of style, aesthetics and voice.

  7. Only use royalty free music in the background of video content.

  8. Include #CeraVePartner and #DevelopedwithDerms and #WinterSkinWin and tag @cerave and @postgame.official

  9. Secure brand approvals before posting.

  10. Use copyright free music - If you decide to add music to your content.  For more information about copyright free music, click here.


  1. No cursing, drug references or inappropriate language.

  2. Do not make any claims about CeraVe that have not been approved.

  3. There should be no mentions or visuals of other skincare brands and competing brands, including but not limited to: Cetaphil, Neutrogena, Vanicream, Aveeno, Olay, Dove, Garnier, Simple, Ponds or Clean & Clear.

  4. Content should not show clothing that features other brand logos.

  1. Video files must be captured in vertical (9:16 or iPhone) format to be edited for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

  2. Video length should be :15 - :45 seconds.

  3. Please share both the RAW file (so no music, on-screen text). 

  4. Please submit any horizontal and vertical photos you capture as well.

Code of Conduct and Disclosure Guides


Ambassador shall at all times comply with the following:


1.  Code of Conduct:  

a. State honest views regarding Brand’s products, which must reflect actual experience, opinions, and beliefs based upon Ambassador’s use of the products.  Ambassador will notify Agency and Brand if Ambassador’s opinions or beliefs about the products change at any time. 

b. Make clear that Ambassador’s comments are solely Ambassador’s, not Brand’s.  Avoid saying or doing anything that suggests Agency or Brand has endorsed or approved Ambassador or Ambassador’s statements or views.

c. Clearly and conspicuously disclose Ambassador’s connection with Brand any time Ambassador makes a public statement about Brand, its products and/or services.  

d. For social media posts that promote a sweepstakes or contest:

i. The post must include a link to the official rules within the post;

ii. Sweepstakes or contests announced during a video must include a link to the official rules within the first two sentences of sweepstakes/contest promotional copy at the beginning of the video description box.

iii. When the sweepstakes or contest ends, Ambassador must indicate that the sweepstakes or contest has ended.

iv. Ambassador must include #contest or #sweepstakes, as applicable.

e. Depending on the content or post, multiple or additional disclosures may be needed to confirm that the disclosure is clear and conspicuous.  It is Ambassador’s responsibility to ensure that Ambassador has clearly and conspicuously disclosed Ambassador’s relationship to the Brand, product and/or service.


2. Rules of the Road

a. Do not make deceptive or misleading claims about the products or services of Brand and/or Brand’s competitors or reference the names of any competitive Brands, products or services.

b. Do not disparage, libel, slander, defame, or violate any third party right to privacy.

c. Do not make hateful or offensive comments or any communication that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm against any individual or group.

d. Abide by any terms of use and other policies for any sites or social platforms on which the content is posted.  

e. Respect the intellectual property and proprietary rights of others; do not post material without all necessary permissions.

f. Do not post confidential or proprietary information of any party.

g. Do not make false or unsubstantiated statements about the Brand or its products.

h. Do not make any disparaging statements regarding the products or services of Brand’s competitors.  

i. Do not impersonate any other person or entity, actual or fictitious, including by impersonating an employee or consultant of Agency or Brand.

j. Do not link to any content that violates any of the foregoing rules of the road.

k. Do not purchase followers or audiences, use automated bot, tools or other measures designed to artificially increase the number of audience views, engagement, liking or sharing native or social media posts provided hereunder.


3. L’Oreal USA’s Review and Disclosure Guides


In keeping with the Federal Trade Commission requirements for endorsements and testimonials and L’Oréal USA’s commitment to ethics, consumer trust and respect, we are providing you with the following guidelines. 

If you share a testimonial (review, post, comment, photo, video, message) about Brand or L’Oréal, it should be truthful and honest, based on your actual experience with the Brand, product or service. Please do not make any misleading statements, exaggerate or disparage competitors or others in your testimonial.  Anyone (e.g., celebrities, influencers, consumers, agents, vendors or employees) who receives anything of value from Brand or L’Oréal in exchange for a testimonial should use an appropriate disclosure.  Here are some examples:

• “I received product from CeraVe” or “CeraVe sent me this product”


• “I partnered with CeraVe to review this product”


• If your post is an entry to a contest/sweepstakes use #ContestEntry or #SweepstakesEntry


• For video, use both audio voiceover disclosures such as “I am partnering with CeraVe to bring you this video” and include on-screen disclosure in an easy to read, contrasting font. 


• If there are character restrictions, use a hashtag such as # CeraVePartner, #Ad or #GiftedbyCeraVe


• Place disclosures at the beginning, on top of, or next to the testimonial before the fold.  Make sure your disclosure hashtag is the first hashtag in your posts; don’t bury it amongst many hashtags. Use easy to understand language and disclose in every post that mentions the Brand.


Any communications that relate to L’Oréal, its Brand, products or services must be truthful, respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others, and at all times be respectful in message and tone.  If a testimonial does not comply with these guidelines or may reasonably be deemed to be offensive or inconsistent with L’Oréal’s commitment to beauty for all, Agency or Brand may require its removal.

MATERIAL DISCLOSURES AND COMPLIANCE WITH FTC GUIDELINES. When publishing posts/statuses about Postgame products or services and the Brand’s products or services, you must clearly disclose your “material connection” with Postgame and the Brand, including the fact that you are being provided with certain experiences and/or being paid. The above disclosure should be clear and prominent and made in close proximity to any statements that you make about Postgame and/or the Brand and it's products or services. This disclosure is required regardless of any space limitations of the medium (e.g. Instagram), where the disclosure can be made via Hashtags, e.g. #sponsored. Your statements should always reflect your honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences. You should only make factual statements about Postgame and/or the Brand and it’s products or services which you know for certain are true and can be verified.
