PHASE 1: RECRUITMENT
After discussing your campaign goals (including segmentation of athletes by sport, gender, location, follower size, etc...), we spend up to 3 days recruiting athletes to be considered for your campaign. We reach out directly to our 5,000+ members as well as a greater audience of 70,000 additional D1 collegiate athletes. We recruit through a combination of SMS, Email and Postgame App notifications.


PHASE 2: SELECTION
After recruitment has completed, we provide the brand with an extensive list of the athletes who have opted-in for consideration. The list is sorted by athlete value - determined in part by our own calculations and past history of having worked with the athlete(s).
During this phase we offer suggestions in order to help maximize the brands' budget.
PHASE 3: NEGOTIATION
After selections have been made, Postgame begins negotiating with each athlete and/or their agent. Our experience of working with thousands of college athletes gives us a strong sense of their worth - allowing us to expedite the process with a fair offer - and one that makes the best use of the brands budget.


PHASE 4: CONTRACT
After the offer has been accepted by the athlete, we generate a custom contract between us and the athlete that includes campaign expectations, payment, content rights, and more.
Each college expects the athlete to submit a contract to their respective compliance office prior to participating in a campaign and receiving payment.

Allstate Campaign Instructions

Congratulations on being selected for the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team NIL Campaign with Postgame!
The Allstate AFCA Good Works Team® recognizes college football athletes for their unwavering commitment to community service and their “good works” off the field. This campaign will require you to engage your social media followers by announcing you are a member of the 2023 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team and encouraging fans to vote for you to become this year’s Team Captain.
In exchange for completing the campaign requirements below, you will receive a cash compensation of $5,000.00
Please read the deliverables (requirements) below. Then, sign the Athlete Contract (button) below to confirm your participation. Once completed, a representative from Postgame will follow up with you in the coming days to walk you through the next steps.
Campaign Requirements

Post 1 - Instagram Feed Post: Your Good Works Team Announcement (A graphic and caption provided by Allstate to be posted to your Instagram Feed).

Post 2 - Instagram Feed & Twitter Post: Get your Fans & Followers to Vote for you as a Good Works Team Captain. You will direc them to vote for you at the ESPN.com/Allstate voting page. (Note: We also suggest you post this to your Instagram Story with a sticker hyperlinked to the voting page - though not required).

Post 3 - Instagram Reel: A Video of you sharing your community service efforts, accomplishments and activities. Note: Postgame may be able to assist you with content creation (videography, etc).

Post 4 - Instagram Feed: A graphic (provided by Allstate) showcasing the entire Allstate Good Works Team - including caption messaging.
Allstate Additional Media Requirements:

Conduct media interviews (local and/or national) as requested (but no more than 3 hours of time or 12 interviews in total) and allow Allstate to quote you (mutually approved).

Participate in a 30-minute media messaging/campaign overview call
