PHASE 1: RECRUITMENT
After discussing your campaign goals (including segmentation of athletes by sport, gender, location, follower size, etc...), we spend up to 3 days recruiting athletes to be considered for your campaign. We reach out directly to our 5,000+ members as well as a greater audience of 70,000 additional D1 collegiate athletes. We recruit through a combination of SMS, Email and Postgame App notifications.


PHASE 2: SELECTION
After recruitment has completed, we provide the brand with an extensive list of the athletes who have opted-in for consideration. The list is sorted by athlete value - determined in part by our own calculations and past history of having worked with the athlete(s).
During this phase we offer suggestions in order to help maximize the brands' budget.
PHASE 3: NEGOTIATION
After selections have been made, Postgame begins negotiating with each athlete and/or their agent. Our experience of working with thousands of college athletes gives us a strong sense of their worth - allowing us to expedite the process with a fair offer - and one that makes the best use of the brands budget.


PHASE 4: CONTRACT
After the offer has been accepted by the athlete, we generate a custom contract between us and the athlete that includes campaign expectations, payment, content rights, and more.
Each college expects the athlete to submit a contract to their respective compliance office prior to participating in a campaign and receiving payment.

Step by Step Instructions

Receive your adidas Tracking Link: You will receive a unique tracking link from Postgame. You MUST place this specific link in all of your adidas content in order for Postgame to track the sales originating from your posts. We suggest saving your link in a Notes app on your phone. The link will also be available within your Postgame account in the Postgame App. Note: a tracking link is also referred to as an Affiliate Link (learn more).

Add Your adidas Tracking Link to social platforms: For feed posts or Instagram Reels or TikTok Videos, you can place your tracking link in your profile's bio field. Create a call to action by asking viewers to "Click Link in Bio" for any posts. For dynamic posts such as stories in Instagram, you can add your tracking link directly to the post by using the "Link" button which allows you to cut and paste a URL to create a hyperlinked button. Adding your tracking link to a Story post allows followers the most seamless way to make a purchase.

Create Content: We suggest creating different types of content at one time. Pick a weekend to shoot your videos and photos. Find a friend or teammate to help you. Someone with video editing skills is a plus! Use a high quality camera. If you decide to use an iPhone, ensure your video and photo quality is set to the highest resolution the phone allows. Create content that can be versatile and used within your IG Story, Reels, Feed and TikTok. Vertical camera orientation is suggested. Content to Create:
a). One (1) video of you in the full tracksuit and your Ultraboosts
b). Minimum of Five (5) HIGH QUALITY photos in your Tracksuit and Ultraboosts

Content Approval: Have your content (photos, videos and captions) approved before posting. Upload your content for approval here or email to jake@pstgm.com Once approved, we will DM you and then, you are free to post.

Post: As part of the paid placement portion of your agreement, at a minimum you are required to post:
a). 1 IG In-Feed Vertical Reel / Video with Cover Photo - Full Outfit Look
b). 2-3 Story posts / amplification
- Amplification of the video
- One image of your school's Ultraboost
- One image of the adidas Sportswear apparel
c). 1 IG Feed post (PHOTOS)

Given the nature of this campaign, adidas encourages athletes to create multiple looks and shots for review.

Get Paid: As part of a sponsored campaign, Postgame will send an athlete contract outlining the agreed upon payment amounts and posting requirements. Additionally, Postgame will keep track of all your sales and commissions earned. We will pay you on a monthly basis through your preferred payment method such as Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal. If needed we will also send you a W-9 tax form and a year end 1099.

Technical Guidelines

Be sure that you are permitted to use your school logo, mascot, marks within your content prior to posting.

Lighting should be bright, even, and inviting. Avoid harsh shadows and confusing backgrounds.

The product you are promoting should be visible. Do not crop/cut off footwear or apparel in photos.
*All athletes must check with their university compliance office before posting content using your school logos or creating content within your athletic facilities such as arenas, stadiums or locker rooms.

MATERIAL DISCLOSURES AND COMPLIANCE WITH FTC GUIDELINES. When publishing posts/statuses about Postgame products or services and the Brand’s products or services, you must clearly disclose your “material connection” with Postgame and the Brand, including the fact that you are being provided with certain experiences and/or being paid. The above disclosure should be clear and prominent and made in close proximity to any statements that you make about Postgame and/or the Brand and it's products or services. This disclosure is required regardless of any space limitations of the medium (e.g. Instagram), where the disclosure can be made via Hashtags, e.g. #sponsored. Your statements should always reflect your honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences. You should only make factual statements about Postgame and/or the Brand and it’s products or services which you know for certain are true and can be verified.
