adidas Fear of God Contract

***IMPORTANT***

You've been selected to participate in an NIL deal with adidas to promote the next generation of Fear of God footwear, apparel, and uniforms. YOU MUST sign the Athlete Agreement / Contract before you can participate.  This contract outlines the agreement between you and Postgame - specific to this campaign. It also allows adidas and their retail/wholesale partners to use your content on their social pages for the term outlined.

For this campaign you will be required to participate in a photoshoot on campus with the adidas content team.  Time commitment is approx. 1-2 hours on a date mutually agreeable in early February 2025.  You will need your school provided Fear of God footwear and uniform. 

Posting requirements:

Social media posts featuring uniform unveil and product shots

  • One (1) Instagram In-Feed Reel :30 - :60

  • One (1) Instagram In-feed Carousel with 3-5 high quality photos provided by the brand.

  • Three (3) Instagram Story Posts 

  • One (1) TikTok video if applicable

  • Posting timeline to be determined by adidas 

  • Provide 2-3 PR quotes on the product

  • Wear product during 90% of team off-court and travel appearances

  • adidas brand exclusivity through the end of 2024-25 season applying to any apparel and footwear competitors including but not limited to Nike and Under Armour.
